简历:

  秦克章,研究员,博士生导师。1964年出生于湖北,1985年毕业于浙江大学,1997年获北海道大学博士学位。
  研究方向为造山带演化与成矿;斑岩成矿系统;伟晶岩稀有金属成矿;岩浆铜镍成矿作用与隐伏矿预测。发现新疆卡拉塔格铜金矿床,图拉尔根铜镍钴矿定位预测研究取得重大突破;确认沙让为西藏首例独立斑岩钼矿床且产于主碰撞阶段;提出新疆二叠纪铜镍矿床产出环境背景为地幔柱对造山带叠置;参与我国最大铜矿(驱龙)、最大钼矿(岔路口)勘探报告的编写;发现琼嘉岗超大型锂矿,由此揭开喜马拉雅锂矿找矿序幕。先后主持973青藏斑岩铜矿课题、基金重点项目、院创新新疆矿产项目、基金重大项目课题,担任国家重点科技研发项目首席科学家。发表论文370余篇,其中SCI 论文260余篇(第一作者与通讯作者论文126篇,在EPSL、JGR、GCA、EG、JP、AM、MD、CMP等专业top期刊发表30余篇),专著7部。论文被SCI、CNKI引用分别达10800、10000余次,8篇论文入选SCI Top1%高引论文,2篇中文论文入选“领跑者F5000—中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文”,进入地球科学全球高引用科学家之列。
  数次在国际学术会议上作特邀报告,组织发起斑岩Cu-Mo-Au成矿系统国际会议担任大会主席,并赴港大、浙大、中大、北大、南大、地大、合工大、地化所、广州地化所、成都地调中心、沈阳地调中心、天津地调中心、UBC、澳洲科廷大学、北海道大学、日本地调所、日本资源地质学会等院所、国土部斑岩铜矿培训班作专题报告。指导发起成立中国首个SEG Student Chapter。获国家科技进步奖1项、部省级奖9项、中国地质学会银锤奖、金锤奖、中国青年科技奖。作为特邀主编组织Ore Geology Reviews、Journal of Asian Earth Sciences、Resource Geology、岩石学报、地学前缘专辑7期。

学习及工作经历:

  1. 1985年浙江大学地球科学系学士毕业;
  2. 1997年获日本北海道大学(Hokkaido Univ.)地球与行星科学系理学博士(导师:Shunso Ishihara教授)。
  3. 1985起在中国有色金属工业总公司北京矿产地质研究所从事矿床地质工作,1993、1997年先后破格晋升为高工、研究员;
  4. 2000年中国科学院地质与地球物理所岩石圈开放室博士后(导师:孙枢院士、李继亮研究员)出站留所工作;
  5. 2002年聘为创新基地研究员,担任中国科学院矿产资源研究重点实验室副主任(2003-2012)、主任(2012-2022);
  6. 2005年赴加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学(UBC)作访问学者;
  7. 2013.10-2014.2应邀担任北海道大学综合博物馆特任教授。
  8. 1997年5-9月、2007年6-7月、2018年3-4月分别应邀作为中国有色金属工业总公司、中国五矿有色金属股份有限公司、中国铜业公司高级地质专家赴玻利维亚、智利、秘鲁考察铜金矿床,合作区块选区评价。
  9. 中国科学院研究生院(2003-2013)、中国科学院大学(2014-)高等矿床学课程首席教授。
主要业绩:
  1. 先后承担或参加完成了50余项国家攻关及部门重点科研项目。实地考察了我国、日本岛弧、南美安底斯山(智利、秘鲁、玻利维亚)、中亚成矿带(蒙古、俄罗斯)、北美科迪勒拉、土耳其、澳大利亚、缅甸共630余处典型矿床。1997年5-9月、2007年6-7月、2018年3-4月分别应邀作为中国有色金属工业总公司、中国五矿有色金属股份有限公司、中国铜业公司高级地质专家赴玻利维亚、智利、秘鲁考察铜金矿床,合作区块选区评价。
  2. 在满洲里岩浆作用与浅成低温-斑岩Ag-Au-Pb-Zn-Cu-Mo成矿系统及选区评价、阿尔泰火山喷流沉积块状硫化物矿床、国内外大型铜(钼)矿成矿环境对比、北疆中亚型造山与成矿作用、东天山铜金镍成矿规律研究与成矿预测、冈底斯碰撞背景斑岩铜钼矿与斑公湖俯冲增生背景斑岩铜金矿特色与靶区优选、东疆早二叠世镁铁-超镁铁岩铜镍矿床形成于造山带对造山带叠置及含矿性评价、北方造山带东段复合造山与复合成矿、喜马拉雅稀有金属成矿与锂矿找矿等方面提出了新的见解。针对制约找矿突破的关键理论与技术问题组织攻坚取得突破,在勘查实践中作出了实质性贡献。
主要学术贡献有:
  1. 系吐哈盆地隆起带中卡拉塔格铜金矿床的主要发现人,该矿床经初步勘查评价铜、金远景可达大型规模,由此揭开一条新的铜矿带。
  2. 经岩相、构造、矿体侧伏规律研究,引入浅层地震勘探,与新疆704队合作,东天山图拉尔根岩浆铜镍钴矿定位预测取得了重大突破,经钻探验证镍、钴均达大型规模,系近年来东天山最重要的找矿进展之一,现已建成矿山投产。
  3. 研究确认冈底斯沙让钼矿为西藏首例独立斑岩钼矿床,具有大型以上潜力,不同于产于后碰撞背景的已知斑岩铜钼矿,而是产于碰撞背景的主碰撞阶段,这一发现具有重要的区域成矿意义与勘查导向意义。
  4. 对我国最大铜矿—西藏驱龙斑岩铜钼矿的多期岩体侵入序列、蚀变矿化分带及矿化中心、宏大延深等进行系统研究,参与完成的驱龙铜矿勘探报告2011年获国土资源科技成果一等奖,代表项目作请奖答辩。
  5. 带领团队解剖了班怒带多龙超大型含金斑岩铜矿,2006年提出多不杂所在的铁格隆矿集区具有高硫型浅成低温金铜和斑岩-浅成低温系统产出的地质条件,为近期荣那勘查突破所证实。
  6. 带领团队完成了我国最大钼矿—大兴安岭北段岔路口斑岩钼矿的综合研究,揭示岩浆-流体转换、流体出溶与成矿过程,参与勘探报告的编写。
  7. 全球大型铜镍矿床多产于克拉通内,而新疆铜镍硫化物矿床则产于中亚造山带中。提出产于塔里木早二叠世地幔柱对造山带叠置的构造环境,建立了镁铁-超镁铁岩含矿性评价准则,靶区优选及深部矿预测研究在喀拉通克、香山中等矿区得到成功应用。
  8. 带领团队揭示大兴安岭北段多宝山-铜山早古生代斑岩铜矿床早古生代成矿-中生代叠加改造富集过程,明确争光金矿为我国最古老的中硫型浅成低温金锌矿床。因铜山断层错断,铜山矿体一分为四,过去一直未发现斑岩体(即未找到主矿体),研究厘定了铜山断层性质和水平与垂向断距,经验证在千米深度打到了500多米厚的含金富铜矿体(0.73% Cu)和厚大斑岩体,揭开了铜山断层之下找大矿的序幕。
  9. 针对喜马拉雅富铍少锂的现状,提出向强分异母体花岗岩的更远端、更高处找锂矿的科学判断,通过数年艰苦的野外考察,率领团队于2021年夏在喜马拉雅琼嘉岗一带发现40余条、宽达数十米至近百米的锂辉石伟晶岩带,圈定4条长逾千米的矿体。估算氧化锂远景资源达超大型,由此揭开喜马拉雅锂矿找矿序幕。

  以造山带演化和成矿作用紧密结合为特色,研究领域涉足矿床学、大地构造和找矿勘查地质学,理论和实际兼备。运用构造地质学、岩石学、交代蚀变岩岩相学、矿相学、矿物学、地球化学示踪、同位素年代学、微区分析技术研究成矿作用,尝试以矿床时空分布样式作为大地构造环境的标志和限定,优选战略靶区,结合地球物理探测技术开展隐伏矿定位预测。

培养研究生情况:
  指导(含联合指导)毕业博士研究生36位,硕士研究生5位,留学生2人,出站博士后17位。在读博士生6位,在站博士后3位。

  获得国家科技进步三等奖1项、部级科技成果一等奖5项、二等奖3项。1998年入选国家七部委跨世纪人才,1999年获政府特殊津贴。曾获中国地质学会青年科技奖银锤奖(1991)、金锤奖(1999)、中国有色金属工业金石奖(1996)、中国科学院优秀博士后(2001)、中国青年科技奖(2000)。2003年起-先后担任中国科学院研究生院、中国科学院大学高等矿床学首席教授,多次被评为国科大优秀课程、优秀教师、中国科学院和北京市优秀研究生指导老师。
