简历:
  陈代钊,1963年出生于湖南省绥宁县。现为中科院地质与地球物理研究所研究员(兼国科大岗位教授),博士生导师。
  主要从事沉积学(特别是海相碳酸盐岩、细粒碎屑岩以及硅质岩沉积学)和沉积地球化学的基础理论和应用研究;对南方泥盆系碳酸盐岩沉积学、盆地分析、重要地质时期古海洋环境与生物协同演化以及有机质富集机理进行过系统研究,现主要对新元古代-古生代重大转折期的各圈层相互作用过程、有机质富集和白云岩化作用机理与相关储层发育预测进行重点研究。主持多项国家自然科学基金(面上、重点)项目和大型企业委托项目,参加过多项国家重大基础研究项目(973项目)(3项)和国家重大(油气)专项的研究工作。
  现为中国地质学会沉积地质学和矿物岩石地球化学学会沉积学专业委员会委员;中石油集团《碳酸盐岩储层重点实验室》、《页岩气资源利用湖南省重点实验室》以及中石化勘探开发研究院《构造与沉积储层实验室》学术委员会委员;《Facies》杂志副主编、《沉积学报》编委;国际沉积学会(IAS)和美国SEPM会员。 
学习、工作经历:
  1980-1984:湖南科技大学学习,煤田地质与勘探专业,获学士学位。
  1984-1986:湖南科技大学地质系工作,助教,讲授岩石-矿物学。
  1986-1989:中国矿业大学(北京)学习,沉积学研究方向,获硕士学位。
  1989-1992:中国科学院地质研究所学习,沉积学研究方向,获博士学位。
  1992-1997:中科院地质研究所工作,助研-副研(1995晋升副研究员),主要从事沉积学(特别是碳酸盐岩沉积学)、层序地层/盆地分析方面的研究工作。
  1997.12-2000.06:英国University of Durham,高访及博士后研究人员(分别得到中科院和英国 K.C. Wong - Royal Society Fellowship 资助),主要从事我国南方及英格兰南部泥盆系沉积学、旋回地层/层序地层方面的研究工作。
  2000.06-2002.03:中科院地质与地球物理研究所工作,副研究员,主要从事沉积学、旋回地层/层序地层及古海洋学方面的研究工作。
  2002.03-2003.03:加拿大University of Regina,博士后研究人员,从事加拿大 Williston 盆地 Mississipian 碳酸盐岩沉积学、层序地层和储层性质以及我国南方泥盆系白云岩的成因和晚泥盆世古海洋学及生物绝灭的研究工作。
  2002.12 -现在:中科院地质与地球物理研究所工作,研究员(博士生导师),学科组组长,继续从事沉积学、沉积地球化学及相关领域的研究工作。

本人的研究兴趣涉及“软岩”地质学的许多方面,现主要从事基础沉积学(特别是碳酸盐岩、细粒碎屑岩及硅质岩沉积学)、层序地层-旋回地层学与盆地分析、成岩作用与流体/岩石相互作用、应用沉积学(白云岩储层发育与分布)、沉积地球化学(包括低温地球化学、生物地球化学)、海洋缺氧与有机质富集、深时地球系统过程(Deep-time GeoSystem)等方面的研究。
