简历:
戎昭金,男,1982年10月出生,贵州盘县人。
  • 2004年7月毕业于大连大学物理科学与技术学院,获理学学士学位。
  • 2004年9月 至2009 年7月在中国科学院空间科学与应用研究中心攻读空间物理学专业,获理学博士学位
  • 2009年6月至2012年12月,中科院地质与地球物理研究所博士后科研工作。
  • 2013年1月博士后出站留所,任副研究员。
  • 2013年1月至2020年12月,副研究员。
  • 2014年3月至2015年3月, 瑞典空间物理研究所,访问学者。
  • 2021年1月至今,研究员。 
主要从事太阳风与地球、行星相互作用的相关基础研究工作。已发表相关研究SCI论文100余篇。

2015年任中国科学院大学岗位教授;
2020年10月,任中国地球物理学会行星物理专业委员会秘书长;
2021年12月,任中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会数学建模与算法分会常务理事;
2022年10月,任中国地球物理学会理事;
2023年5月,任《Earth and Planetary Physics》编委。

磁层物理和行星物理。
在磁层物理方面,利用卫星观测数据,研究地球磁层的动力学行为。尤其是研究地球磁层磁场的结构特性,及其随磁暴、亚暴过程的演化特性。并力图揭示太阳风与磁层之间电磁能量耦合和转化的物理机制。
在行星物理方面,对比地球层研究,利用卫星观测,对太阳风与类地行星(水星、金星、火星)的相互作用开展比较行星学研究。
